I had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in a central location with a view of the cathedral. The spacious room and large bathroom were impressive, and the shower was fantastic. Despite being in the heart of the city, it was surprisingly quiet at night. Plus, having a great restaurant and excellent bar nearby was a bonus.

The rooms are 20 steps from the church of Monreale. Really nice. Newly decorated both the room and the bath.

We didnt know that we should contact the restaurant at the groundfloor, but we called the owner and he appeared in five minutes. The parents bed was very good, the sleeping-coach for the children was not good.

The location was perfect, with the cathedral and main square just around the corner. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The staff were helpful and friendly, assisting with car parking and luggage. The breakfast at a local cafe was friendly and good.

The location was perfect, right next to the Duomo with a balcony view. the staff was incredibly helpful, even going above and beyond to help us pay a parking fine. the room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. Easy bus connection to Palermo.

I had a very pleasant stay. Without having asked for it, I got the suite at the top floor. It might have had something to do with the fact that I am a single woman traveling, I'm not sure. The location of the hotel is excellent, just around the corner of the Duomo. The suite has a terrific view on the Duomo, a large living room with comfortable sofa, wi fi, properly working aircon/heating system, a nice bathroom with a good shower and since the bedroom is at the back of the apartment, you almost hear nothing of the streets sounds. Although there is some rather loud music from the neighboring restaurant, this lasts till about 23:00.

That there is no breakfast served. You have to go to a bar, of which there are several around, but not quite that comfortable. Just the regular bars, where you can get your Italian breakfast..caffè and cornetto..something like that.

Convenient location near the Cathedral. Room 1 beautifully decorated with quality ceramics, a charming fresco, and a lovely mosaic. Helpful and friendly staff, even with language barriers. Heating system works well. Nice coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

Very nice and comfortable room, good location in the centre of town

Staff said it was only possible to park at the very (excessively) expensive public parking area nearby, whereas in fact it turned out to be possible to find free and perfectly legal parking spots in town as well, if you pay a little bit of attention to where it is and where it is not allowed
